Individuals struggle through the divorce process everyday. They miss steps and improperly argue in court. The courthouse is overworked and hindered by professional ethics rendering them incapable of providing proper assistance.  Several attorneys saw this. Founder, Vincent Ward started to develop solutions.

 

It was in 2005 that Help-U-File came to be. Finding a location across the street from the court and using certified law students and paralegals to help guide people. With over 15 years of experience, Help-U-File has learned the difference between what forms people think they need and what they actually need.
